* Just adding a sixth star to my review, as Mr. Rooter, specifically Matthew, Josh, and Q, went above and beyond to get my house back in working order when my sewer line broke. Matthew -- he was the point man and was available, patient, and always took my questions and concerns to heart. He spent extra time on the phone with me to make sure I was confident in the job his team did. I truly felt he had my best interests at heart. I told him "you earn my business with honesty, fairness, and making it feel like I'm talking to a person and not a company." He delivered on all three fronts to a tee. Josh -- the master Plumbtrician and expert spotter, he was always friendly and knowledgeable and worked his butt off. He and Q stayed late in the RAIN to make sure my sewer was fixed ASAP. Such a nice guy. Q -- a magician with the excavator. He dug the cleanest trench possible, hit no utility or water lines, and along with Josh absolutely busted his butt to make sure I was taken care of. Absolutely A1 guy, couldn't have asked for more. It was scary to have such a big, smelly, expensive emergency hit my home unexpectedly, but those fears were assuaged quickly once Matthew and his team were on the case. I knew that my home was in good hands. Thank you guys!

Matt was awesome. We had a issue with the wax seal on our toilet. He went above and beyond to get it taken care of. Plus he helped educate this first time home buyer on some plumbing so that I know what to look out for. I will definitely be calling Matt again for our future plumbing needs.

Dustin was a pleasure to deal with from the moment he arrived through end of the job. He took all the time needed to answer all of my questions, and provided an honest estimate, and expert craftsmanship, and explained various options for repair and replacement. Estimate was extremely well detailed explaining every aspect of the job. Job was completed the following day after estimates. We went for a new water heater. Dustin really knows his stuff. Brought our new water heater installation up to code. We were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend this company who employees such honorable people as Dustin. Thanks for a job well done, 5 star service, and a 6 year parts and labor warranty for a lower cost than competitors who were more costly who only offered a 2 year warranty.

Mr Rooter sent out someone right away when we called them regarding a leak in our dining room ceiling. Our technician, John Schmidt, was courteous and helpful every step of the way. He helped connect us with a water restoration company who dried out our water damage and came back once the ceiling was opened up to help identify the cause of the leak. He gave us a very reasonable invoice and pictures for our insurance company. We would absolutely recommend John for plumbing diagnostics and support.

We had replaced 14 really crappy push on shutoff valves with higher quality crimp style valves and Mr.Rooter did a fantastic job. Clean, organized and resonably priced. And its also good to have a trustworthy plumber on board, for future projects. And Mr.Rooter will be my first call.

After another plumbing company canceled on me, I contacted Mr. Rooter. Their plumber, Michael, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day, with no additional service charge. The price quoted was very reasonable. Mr. Rooter is now my go-to company for their prompt, professional, and affordable service.

This company was awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Adams on this situation and he provided excellent service and care. They have great rates as well which also helps. They are very fast at getting the situations fixed and doing everything the right way for myself and other clients. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing done. 10/10

I’d been having trouble with my 13 yr old water heater for 3 weeks. My warranty company wasn’t getting the job done. I called Mr Rooter at 8am on a Friday and spoke to someone who said they could come out that day!! Hallelujah! Matthew explained my choices for a new water heater and Ryan was at my house Saturday to install the new heater. That’s great service.
